I found the leak !

 This morning, WTMJ 620's Charlie Sykes interviewed former Waukesha County D.A. Paul Bucher with regards to his letter requesting the Wisconsin A.G. J.B. Van Hollen step into the Milwaukee County D.A. John Chisholm's never ending, over 500 days, obviously politically motivated and leaking details to the Milwaukee Journal's Dan Bice like Bucher said, "a sieve" (which is illegal), John Doe investigation and A.G. Van Hollen's refusal to do so.


 The major question in all this is who is leaking the details to the Journal's Dan Bice ? Bice has come out and said that no lawyers or support staff from Chisholm's office have leaked anything to him. This has got me to thinking.


 A.G. Van Hollen claims he cannot become involved in the case due to a conflict of interest because he has to represent the Gov. Walker in some court cases. Which is his high minded legal excuse to do the same thing he has done since the day he was elected, nothing.


  Then D.A. Chisholm released a statement that I think revealed some very important facts. In the two stories I have linked here, one from WisPolitics and the other from WTMJ 4, they quote Chisholm saying first he sought an outside independent judge to oversee things, that would be Judge Neal Nettesheim, and that after Van Hollen declined to help in the case, he sought the help of the FBI in the investigation.


 Now, let's take Dan Bice at his word, his leak source is not from Chisholm's office. Let's take Chisholm at his word, Judge Nettesheim is a well respected and independent jurist. Who does that leave in this story and the only possible source of the leak to Dan Bice ?

 The FBI, that would be President Obama's FBI.
