The left's Tea Party attack machine is full steam ahead.

By D.C.

On Ezra Klein's Washington Post blog,Aug.17th,he has this post What beliefs predict a Tea Partier? .It's one of those liberal "attack the Tea Party things" that I read on almost a daily basis.It's basically to say to republican pols "Stay away from those nutty Tea Partiers or you'll never get elected".

He cites some egghead liberal professors article from the day before in the N.Y.Times titled Crashing the Tea Party ,by David Campbell and Robert Putnam.(One of the authors is a professor of public policy at Harvard,that gives me great faith in his even handed take on the Tea Party.Didn't the president go to Harvard? Together the authors have a book titled,"American Grace: How religion divides and unites us",which I am sure is a glowing endorsement of religion in American life.)

They cite several factors,some of which I agree with others I don't.Those don't matter as much as the conclusions they draw.They basically say that the Tea Party is a poison pill for any politican who is supportive of Tea Party ideology.It's a scare tactic.

Of course they have to throw in that Tea Partiers are racists,but they say it in fancy New York Times speak.Here's a short little paragraph stuck in the middle of the story;

"So what do Tea Partiers have in common? They are overwhelmingly white, but even compared to other white Republicans, they had a low regard for immigrants and blacks long before Barack Obama was president, and they still do."

First off,it really hacks me off when they call me a racist.For all the reasons I don't like Obama,race is not one of them.I don't have a racist bone in my body.They make it where I have to prove a negative.How am I supposed to prove that I am not racist? It's easy to call someone a racist when there isn't any "non-racist" test to take.

Second,I have a very high regard for LEGAL immigrants,so long as they come here to be a productive and law abiding citizen.I do have a low regard for ILLEGAL immigrants who just happen to be here ILLEGALLY trespassing on our property.

I wonder how Mr.Harvard there would like if it some guy just trespassed into his back yard and took up residence.I doubt this book smart egghead would roll out the welcome mat,he would lock his doors and call the cops.Thats what we in the Tea Party are doing,we are calling the cops(the government) and saying,"Hey,get these trespassers off our property!"

They say that the biggest factor in predicting who would be a Tea Partier is that they want "deeply religious" candidates.I have always thought a person's religion is a personal matter between he or she and God.It's not anybody elses business.

I know why they put this in their "study".Openly religious (Christian) candidates scare the crap out of liberals,so they paint religious candidates as nuts or fringe types.It's an old tool in their propaganda kit.

Now the last paragraph is meant to scare moderate republicans;

 "On everything but the size of government, Tea Party supporters are increasingly out of step with most Americans, even many Republicans. Indeed, at the opposite end of the ideological spectrum, today’s Tea Party parallels the anti-Vietnam War movement which rallied behind George S. McGovern in 1972. The McGovernite activists brought energy, but also stridency, to the Democratic Party — repelling moderate voters and damaging the Democratic brand for a generation. By embracing the Tea Party, Republicans risk repeating history."

McGovern in '72 damaged the democrat brand for a generation? You goofballs elected Jimmy Carter four years later!You would think that Carter might have damaged the democrat brand for a generation,I could find that believable..Except for the fact that you goofs elected Clinton in '92,12 years after Carter and 20 years after McGovern.What a load of bullcrap.

I'd like to show these egghead goofballs my "study" of the liberal protesters in Madison.As a group,the whole of the protesters are the following;They are all atheists,pot heads,have an I.Q. below 90 and all get food stamps or some sort of government subsidy.They don't use deoderant,none of them wash themselves or their clothes and they all stink to high heaven.The women do not shave their legs or give a flip about their personal apperance.I could go on,you get the idea.

The fact is that these type of attacks on the Tea Party will be on going through the election next year.I wish I didn't have to waste my time refuting them but they can't be allowed to side without challenge.
