Here is a great L.A. Times' story about common human decency in the wake of a tragedy,"Japanese return cash recovered after tsunami,In a testament to Japan's culture of honesty, finders have turned in $78 million to authorites and some have wavied their right to the money even when the rightful owners cannot be found."
It's well worth a read.We could use a dose of the Japanese honesty in this country.
